Autos Noroeste trusted RCM to implement a comprehensive management system for their business to streamline service and customer care, while simplifying office work.

Development Phases

A management system based on several interconnected applications was designed and structured to improve all processes:

  1. Switchboard Application: Service management from the moment a client requests a vehicle through to service completion.
  2. Driver Application: Hybrid Android app allowing drivers to see their assigned jobs at all times, print receipts and route sheets. Connected to the switchboard in real time.
  3. Client Application (iOS and Android): Allows clients to request services, track the driver's location in real time, pay by mobile and view their service history.
  4. Web Application for Clients: Web access to request services conveniently from any device.
